Dr. Jack Rosenberg, Chair, is a contemporary polymath, with degrees from Michigan State University, The University of Detroit, and Tufts University. Jack also studied at the New York Academy of Art, the Florence Academy of Art, and the Prince Charles Drawing School in London. As a studio artist, primarily painting and ceramics, he often tackles political, economic and socially relevant subjects. With representation by Denise Bibro Fine Art (NYC), and Eckert Fine Art (Washington), Jack’s paintings are in the collections of the US House of Representatives, the US Embassy, St. John’s Episcopal, and numerous private collections in the US and Europe. He is also an experienced art instructor having taught courses at the Metropolitan Museum of Art (NYC), and the Florence Academy of Art (Italy).
Jack, formerly a Board Member & Treasurer of ASAP! (After School Arts Program), is also the Chair of the Connecticut State Arts Council, and a Board member of the New York Foundation for the Arts. He remains dedicated to enhancing the arts ecosystem with a focus on opportunities for generative artists to develop their artistry, and have sustainable artistic careers.

Jenny Dixon, Director Emeritus, Isamu Noguchi Foundation and Garden Museum - Advisor, Arts & Culture. Experienced Director with a demonstrated history of leading and developing Museums and Cultural Organizations. Skilled Nonprofit Manager, with program development, strategic planning, writing/editing, public speaking, and modern/contemporary art expertise. Seasoned professional with a MBP from Columbia University complementing a BA and BFA, respectively, from University of Colorado at Boulder.

Jessica Fenner, Is an experienced development professional with a successful history of working in the higher education industry. An established fundraiser with a decade long track record of building donor relationships, crafting and executing high level solicitations, engaging volunteers, and providing creative stewardship.

Floyd W. Green III, recently retired from Aetna, A CVS Health company, as Vice President of Community Affairs. Since 2004, his teams developed grass roots community-based strategies to assist in new business development, customer retention and strategic partnerships. During his 17-year tenure at Aetna, Floyd, a longtime leader and champion of diversity and inclusion in Hartford and beyond, and his team developed a reputation for strengthening the Aetna role in countless communities across the country. In January 2013, Floyd was appointed to the national board of the Americans for the Arts. In addition, he serves on the boards of the Hartford Public Library, the 224 Council of Churches, Xavier University's Corporate Advisory Board and Howard University's School of Communications Board of Visitors. Previously, he served on the boards of Theater Forward, Pivot Magazine's Board of Advisors, the Greater Hartford Urban League, Hartford Performs, Hartford Stage, the Connecticut Forum, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) National Partnership Board for HIV/AIDS and Uptown Professional Board of Advisors. In 2012, he was appointed Commissioner by Mayor Pedro E. Segarra, Mayor of Hartford to the Capital Region Development Authority. He is a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE), Actor's Equity Association, lifetime members of the National Black MBA's and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated.

Alva G. Greenberg, is a graduate of Kenyon College with a major in drama. She has served on the board of the College as well as the Kenyon Festival Theater, Kenyon Review and the Gund Art Gallery.
Alva started her postgraduate career as the co-owner and editor of a weekly newspaper in Old Lyme, Connecticut called The Gazette. In 1997, she opened ALVA Gallery, a contemporary art gallery in New London, Connecticut. The gallery was dedicated to promoting mid-career artists working in all disciplines. The stable artists of the gallery included: Carlos Estevez, Ana Flores, Nancy Goldring, Sol LeWitt, Maureen McCabe, Ellen Priest, Ella Tulin.
She opened the gallery while simultaneously making a decade long commitment to the redevelopment of downtown New London by purchasing and rehabilitating four buildings and engaging in various stimulus projects. In conjunction with this activity, she commissioned a wall mural from Sol LeWitt in the Crocker Building lobby. A life-long philanthropist who has continually supported the arts and artists, as well as by being a Patron in commissioning new artworks. Alva is a Board member of the Romare Beardon Foundation, a former Board member of the Child and Family Agency of SE CT, the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center, the Florence Griswold Museum and Arttable. Alva currently works as an independent art curator.

Glori Norwitt, is a former employment lawyer who practiced at Paul Hastings LLP in California and Hong Kong. She specialized in discrimination and sexual harassment counsel and litigation, and also worked on a wide array of employment matters. She received her JD from the University of Southern California Law School in 1995, and her BA in Communications from the University of Michigan in 1992.
She currently serves as Chair of the Economic & Community Development Commission for the town of Ridgefield, CT and works closely with the many nonprofit arts and culture organizations there. From 2011 to 2019 she was Chair of the Board of the Center for Empowerment & Education, a nonprofit which provides no-cost confidential services related to domestic violence and sexual assault; she continues to serve on the Board as Secretary. She is a Board Member of Planned Parenthood of Southern New England and on the National Council of the White House Historical Association. In 2023, she was awarded the “Volunteer of the Year” Award by the Ridgefield CT Chamber of Commerce, and the “Good Scout Award” by the Boy Scouts of America in CT.
Previously, Glori served on the Boards of CT Against Gun Violence (CAGV), and CAGV Education Fund, for which she was Chair. Also, she worked on the Advisory Board of Ms. President US, a nonpartisan community-based initiative dedicated to inspiring and preparing girls to aim for the highest civic leadership positions. She is currently learning to be a drummer.

Yolande Spears, Senior vice president of education and community initiatives at The Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts. As popular as the Bushnell is, what is not as well-known is the organization's nationally recognized role in education and community engagement, which transpired under the leadership of Spears during her 26-year tenure at the nonprofit arts venue.
Her daily goal is to provide underserved populations access to the performing arts. Though most of her efforts concentrate on the Greater Hartford area, she helped develop an executive arts management training program used by people as far away as China as she continues to be a relentless national advocate for the importance of arts in education.
A graduate of Fontbonne University in her hometown of St. Louis, Mo., Spears received her bachelor's degree in theater and communications. Before joining the Bushnell, she was in management positions at both Aetna and Travelers Cos. She joined The Bushnell in 1992. Spears is known for “creating something from nothing” and calls that philosophy a driving force.

Preston Whiteway, Board member and CEO, formerly of Eugene O’Neill Theater Center CEO/Producer. The executive recently joined Tribeca Productions (The Irishman, When They See Us) as a creative development consultant. Whiteway worked at the Waterford, Connecticut–based performing arts development center for over 15 years, working his way up to his most recent leadership post that oversees six artistic directors and a dozen programs. The institution promoted Whiteway in December 2019 to the title of CEO/Producer. He was with the O'Neill since 2004, first as general manager, and then as executive director beginning in 2007. Under his leadership, the O’Neill Center was awarded both the National Medal of Arts by President Barack Obama in 2016 and the 2010 Regional Theatre Tony Award. Among the many shows he helped develop were In the Heights, Tales of the City, and Slave Play.

Jill Totenberg, a widely respected marketing and communications professional known for her ability to deliver results, specializes in high-impact media for professional service firms, Fortune 500 companies, academic institutions, and academics. Clients appreciate her ability to provide candid, forthright counsel to assure that they communicate insightful messages that resonate with prospects, clients, journalists, the Street, and employees. She creates and implements communications programs designed to comprehensively and cost-effectively achieve the client’s desired business outcomes, providing services that consistently deliver superior return on investment.
Prior to creating The Totenberg Group, Jill held a number of leadership positions, including Senior Vice president, Public Affairs, TD Waterhouse; Vice President Marketing & Communications, CSC Index; Global Vice President Communications, Gemini Consulting; and Senior Vice President, Ruder Finn. In those roles she developed innovative communications and public relations programs that set the standard for marketing the professional services firm, as she continues to do today for her professional services clients. Her clients also benefit from the extensive contacts she has developed and which she continues to enjoy with editors and reporters in the commercial media and with the most influential trade publications across major industries.
She serves on the board of The Tenement Museum. She is also a member of the Wisemen, a prestigious communicator organization. She previously held board positions with The Healthcare Chaplaincy and Health Leads.

Gary M. Fellner, Of Counsel/Legal Advisor, a Principal of Porzio, Bromberg & Newman PC, concentrates his practice in commercial litigation and business-related controversies. He is an experienced trial lawyer, having litigated numerous disputes through verdict before arbitration panels, and federal and state courts throughout the United States. He has successfully handled a substantial number of contract and real estate-related disputes in NY, NJ, CT and DE. Gary approaches his practice with a passion for the law and a tenacity to cut through the delays that often persist in litigation. He combines his legal experience with a keen understanding of the clients’ business and objectives.
